Our Story
At Yehibist Injera, we blend age-old Ethiopian recipes with fresh ingredients to bring you authentic injera. All of our products are crafted with carefully selected grains directly from the best teff producing regions in Ethiopia. We do our own millwork on-site, and do not use any preservatives/additives as we commit to offering minimally processed food with NO added chemicals. We only allow nature to carry out its process via slow fermentation, just like our ancestors did it long before the science of microbiology was known.
